Ingredients

8 small/medium white potatoes

2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
Boil potatoes until you can stick a fork halfway through them- you do not want to cook them all the way through

Drain and allow plenty of time to cool so you can safely peel off the skins, then grate potatoes with a grater or your food processor
Add nutritional yeast flakes, onion & garlic powder and olive oil
Mix well. I put a little oil on my hands and mixed it well that way
Form into patties and arrange in air bake basket – bake for 10 minutes at 360°F flipping halfway through
Sprinkle with salt if you desire and enjoy!


I had one with black beans on top and it was PERFECTION!

Omg these look amazing! Wish i had an air-fryer.
These look so lush. For some reason I thought hashbrowns would be difficult to make but these look really simple. I think I might try this and spice it up with a sweet potato and some paprika.
God this makes me hungry! I adore carbs and these look amazing! Gonna have to give them a try 🤤😋😋
