This is honestly the BEST sandwich ever!
Toona sprout sandwich
Mix together
1 can chick peas drained, mashed
1 jar freshly sprouted mung beans
2 ribs celery diced
1/4 cup onion diced
1/4 cup dill pickles diced
3/4 cup vegan mayo
1 tbsp liquid aminos
1/2 tsp black cumin
1 tsp savory spice blend
1 nori sheet crumbled
Salt & cracked pepper
Refrigerate for 1 hour
Add mixture to toasted bread with freshly sprouted alfalfa sprouts on top. The sweetness of this bread and the mixture of flavors and spices is delightful.
