Day 16, Letter P

P for poetry.  My favorite poem is The Raven by Edgar Allen Poe.  English was my favorite subject in school and as a child I always said when I grew up I was going to be an author.  I particularly wanted to write children’s books, as I have gotten older I am interested in much much more as far as writing is concerned.

This is a poem I wrote for my brother Jason

Subtract Sundays from April, you then have 26 days–one day for each letter of the alphabet. Start beginning Tuesday April First 2014 with a topic themed on something with the letter A, then on April second another topic with the letter B as the theme, and so on until you finish on April thirtieth with the theme based on the letter Z.
