Happy Earth Day!
Forest to feast! I went foraging for ramps and made ramp butter with my #MagicButter botanical extractor for use in my “Wild Ramp Buttery Pasta” 
So far this year I have found some ramps, fiddleheads and pheasant back mushrooms. I am hoping that with the abnormally warn weather we will get morels early this year. They should be popping in about a month.
