1st Place

First Place Chili Cook-Off Winner will receive an iPad and a 1st Place Certificate

Print out the form below along with your $15 donation for registration to receive a chili tag (proof of registration)
Attach your registration tag to your crock-pot and have chili ready and at the VFW by 3PM April 6th 2013

ACCEPTING CHILI COOK OFF REGISTRATION FORMS UNTIL APRIL

You will receive a tag that looks like this when you register your chili.  Have your crock-pot with chili ready and at the VFW by 3PM April 6th 2013 along with your tag.
