Veg Fest 2017

We skipped the State fair this year to splurge at Twin Cities Veg Fest instead. Glad we were all feelibg well by Saturday because we were so excited to try vegan cheese curds and to finally meet Aubrey and Kale from the The Herbivorous Butcher!

The only bad reviews I heard throughout Veg Fest today… too many people in the food lines. I waited 90 minutes to support our local Mn vegan butcher shop, The Herbivorous Butcher- THE only vegan butcher shop in the U.S. 🌱👐 So, the lines in my opinion were NOT a bad thing, quite the contrary & each year will improve. The shuttle service from Rosedale Center was really convientent for us too. I’m very proud of the Twin Cities Vegan community today, hopefully this turnout of thousands of ‘veg-friendly’ attendees encourages more vegan vedors in 2018 :’) #winning

Vegan food stands EVERYWHERE #lifeisgood
The “Double Down” – so freaking good! Worth waiting 90 minutes in line on this gorgeous day for this masterpiece 🙂
