Ingredients and Supplies

1 lb. durian
1 cup dried figs
1 1/2 cup medjool dates
2 tbsp pb2 powder
1/4 cup carob chips
2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
2 tbsp coconut sugar
1 1/4 cup spring water
Food Processor or Ninja Blender (something of this nature)
9×9 purex baking dish
Parchment Paper
Plastic Wrap

Directions:
Put dates, durian, figs, pb2 powder, coconut sugar and spring water into food processor or the like.

Process until the batter becomes a creamy thick consistency.

Set aside half.

Add cocoa powder and carob chips to the remaining half and process until smooth.
Line baking dish with parchment paper and pour the lighter batter onto the paper.
Pour the darker chocolate batter on top.
Smooth out the batter.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer for 2 hours.
Cut into 1 inch squares, ENJOY!
Servings 24.
Durian Fudge Banana Smoothie
7- very ripe medium bananas
2- 1 inch Durian Fudge Squares
1 Cup Coconut Water
Blend until milky smooth

Serving: 1 smoothie
